Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Policies.
- A full refund can only be offered if you cancel within the 12 hours of making the reservation.
- A partial refund will be offered if the cancellation is after 12 hours of making the reservation.
- A customer is entitled to no refund if the customer doesn’t show up at the time of reservation.
- Limousine Rental Agency Services hold the rights to evaluate and offer refund. Any and every decision taken by the company will be final under any circumstances.
Notes.
- If you wish to use the freeway, there will be an additional charge of $5.99 per exit with a maximum of five exits and a minimum of three exits.
- Every customer needs to pay fueling charges which will be 0.39 cents/mile or $9.90/hour.
- Rates might vary according to the traveling time, weather condition and traffic.
- Minimum tipping amount of 15% of the total bill up to desired value.
- Bookings are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation call.
- The minimum time that will be considered as telgating is 1 hour.
- For telgating, the charges will be 20% of the total bill per hour.
